We popped here after a poor experience in the pub down the road from it, we only drank but it was a welcome addition to our evening. Friendly staff, the brunette behind the bar was polite and very knowledgable about the cask ales. We are...More

We had the fish cakes to start and the prawns. Both lovely. Husband had the fish and chip mains which was tasty. I had beef Thai salad. This was a little bland, not enough dressing and slightly tough beef. The sticky toffee pudding and chocolate...More

The food here is good but I'm not sure a wait of nearly an hour for the starters was worth it, especially if you're not having a starter and then have another long wait for the main course. It wasn't that busy so I'm not...More

A lovely setting and a decent bar and restaurant srwa. Nice people. We only had a bar snack but the lunch time menu was pretty limited and the food was ok. Can't see us rushing back. Based on this visit better in the area.
