Awesome food and service! We had the ribs and the fried chicken, very southern and wholesome! The service was great and the Moscow Mule divine!! Friday Night distressing dinner place!

We ordered the burnt ends, brisket and kale salad for dinner. The six mini pieces of burnt ends were all fat - literally inedible. The brisket was served, first and second cut, two slices - full of fat we could eat about 3/4 of the two slices. The salad was good. With three glasses of wine: $127 without tip. Did... More

Took my partner there for dinner as an early Valentines event as we would both be away on the day. Sunday night, not too busy. Maitre d greeted us and bought over a complimentary tasting glass of Rosé to start the meal! We had Chicken Bites to share as an entree, just lovely and a great spice. My partner had... More

Recommended by a friend, my family and I decided to give it a try for Brunch on a Saturday. We were all disappointed by the food, pancakes were undercooked, the eggs were tasteless, coffee was cold, and overall not a good culinary experience. The staff seemed to be undertrained, and it reflected on the service. Not a place I would... More

We went in a group setting (20 or so in the dinner party) so there were many dishes ordered, the pig head, bbq brisket, creamed peas and beets, frankly I lost track of things. The atmosphere is true southern, I loved the setting. The service was top notch, attentive, anticipating our needs at every turn, worked with us all in... More

We stopped in here almost on a lark, and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Miami. Everything at our table of three was delicious, and we left saying we'd eat here again. Service, as with most of our Miami stops, wasn't great, but it was better than anywhere else. Haven't seen a lot of buzz... More

Everything from the service, to the food, the presentation, the drinks and the ambiance was great. We were with another couple and they enjoyed it as well. Don't be intimidated by the pig head, order it! Beware, you will walk out of there smelling like a smoke house.

The place is hopping but servers stay close. I'm not sure how many tables each server is responsible for but there always seemed to be one close by. We asked ours for recommendations on healthier options. Her face lit up as she made lovely recommendations on tweaking items on the menu. It was perfect! Everything was fresh, well proportioned and... More

This was the best meal my husband and I have had in maybe FOREVER. I don't even know where to start! Yes I do - with the burnt ends appetizer. Melt in your mouth! Then move on to the pork chop (my husband didn't even speak while he was eating. It was just a series of happy moans and smiling).... More

Description
With a man cave feel and in-house smoker that can be smelled from a block away, Swine has received a warm welcome to the Coral Gables neighborhood. Maintaining the same top-notch techniques and standards of hospitality as its sister restaurant, Swine offers a constantly evolving food and beverage menu that work together to create the perfect Southern meal in a down-home, feel good environment. "From the moment you walk in the door, you are completely transported out of Miami," Kunkel says. "Swine provides a full dining experience with an interior that reflects the refinement of the South." It feels barn-like because it is in fact made from reclaimed wood of an actual barn in South Carolina. Housed inside is the state-of-the-art smoker and wood-fired grills, adding a signature flavor and level of authenticity unique to the restaurant.
