This is one of the best restaurants we have visited in Kissimmee, servers were very friendly, quick and efficient. They reviewed the menu, made helpful suggestions and brought drinks and appetizers in a timely manner. The food was served to all three couples at the same time and everything was fresh and hot. Food was delicious and portions were generous... More

We've been to Columbia four or five times now when we come down for vacation in Kissimmee and we have never had a bad experience, the food, drinks, service and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The 1905 original salad is wonderful as are all the dishes we've tried. Today I had the Cuban sandwich and my wife had the crab cakes... More

We had reservation & sat waiting for another couple. It took the waitstaff about 30 minutes to serve our first glasses of wine in a restaurant that was only about half full. The choice were wide, but fairly expensive. As a price point 2 for two of us with 2 glasses of wine (each), the bill was about $100 +tip.... More

My friend and I booked a reservation through Opentable for a 7pm table on a Thursday night in February. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see that we were going to be able to sit outside on the patio. Seeing that it was about 75 degrees and the sun was setting over the small lake across the street... More

This place is a must do! Delicious food. Generous portions. The 1905 salad is amazing. The Cuban sandwich will not disappoint. The sangria was flowing all around. Do yourself a favor and take the time to stop here for a memorable meal. We will definitely be back.

Last night I ordered shrimp criollo - a meal I've enjoyed several times at this restaurant. I didn't get shrimp criollo; rather, I got plantains and potatoes criollo with the shrimp being effectively relegated to a small side dish. When combined with the white rice also served with the meal, the result was a very starchy and carb laden dinner,... More

Thank you for your comments. If our guests ever experience a meal that is not enjoyable, we encourage them to ask to speak with a manager. We can then take care of whatever is wrong before you leave the restaurant. It sounds like something went wrong in the kitchen, and we apologize for letting you down. We’ve asked our chef... More

Ohhh, my! The sangria!! Salad, Cuban sandwich, fresh fish dishes and fresh warm bread welcome you back to this wonderful restaurant. But it's their Sangria that KEEPS you coming back. Made tableside, it is fresh fruit, brandy and wine muddled in a most delicious way. Spend a sunny, warm afternoon on the patio enjoying the best in Celebration.

There are 5 Columbia's, eaten in four. Ok, the atmosphere in all 4 has been, the best. It is, a forgotten, trait. The food, memorable. Can't say that about many restaurants, anymore. The service, spot on. Commenting about the food and drink. If you don't get the 1905 salad and, the pitcher of Sangria, you're missing out. Both, are tableside.... More

Description
Family-owned and operated for more than 112 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors in our cafe or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available.
