Don't judge the looks of the place. The food is delicious and the waitstaff is very attentive. The pancakes are gigantic!

Found Annie's by accident. It is tucked away on a side street, obviously a locals favorite of repeats. The service is excellent, the food is old fashioned home cooking, the portions are generous, the pricing is very reasonable, worth seeking out..

Always ctowded, especially during season. Tables are tightly packed but the food is outstanding. Open 7sm-1:30pm for breakfast and lunch. Good home-style cooking. Homemade biscuits....biscuits and gravy, a southern tradition, is fantastic.
