Actually they are all well trained and that should never happen. Sorry for that. My only guess is there was a trainee on the line, along side the regular cook. Every dish is supposed to be looked at by the cook before it is sent...More

Breakfast was average. Service was great. The place is always busy, so others must see what I'm missing. Typical strip mall joint.

It is unusual that the food was not better than average, but plz don't give up on us. Glad the service was good, though. We do excel at most meals. We are there for 32 years now and we care about each and every visitor.

Description
We opened in 1984 and are PROUDLY celebrating 31 years at this location with the same ownership. We serve great COMFORT food in large portions and many of our menu choices are all inclusive. Our over-stuffed Omelets and breakfast Skillets are huge, and you may share without an extra charge (smaller sizes avail.). Delicous homemade Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Great Pancakes from a guarded recipe. Best Grits anywhere. Triple Deckers, Philly Cheese Steaks and great French Fries too. Our Potato Salad and Cole Slaw, Meatloaf, Salisbury Steak and Meatballs...All made from scratch. We bread our own Fish for our Fish Fry and serve slow roasted Prime Rib AuJus Thurs.-Sat. We even have a fountain with real hand dipped Ice Cream, Shakes and Malts....And THE BROOLYN EGG CREAM. Pies, homemade Walnut Brownies and huge N.Y. Corn Muffins....Split open and grilled with butter Mmmmm. Our dinner menu includes soup or salad, a generous entree incl. Potato and veg. A beverage and dessert for under $10. We have a senior dinner portion that incl. A beverage for $6.99. Our burgers are fresh, never frozen, certified Angus beef! Our hot dogs are NATHANS FAMOUS. The menu is typical 'DINER" fare and is 5 pages. Whatever your in the mood for, we have it. We also would like to show you why we don't have to advertise. Although we are in a strip mall behind Carrabbas, we have an old railroad car look, complete with a long counter and stools, tables, booths and neon lighting. Come in and try the TRULY best kept secret in the area. Joe & Valerie
