If you've never had blintzes, you are in for a treat. Golden brown on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, these pillows of goodness are pure bliss. Of course the menu is extensive and "just like New York", but we bring friends here especially for the blintzes.

A fun place with a real deli feel. The bagels are always fresh and the deli selection is amazing! The marble cake that is brought to the table is moist and tasty. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I always enjoy going to Flakowitz Bagel when I'm in Boca. Reminds me a bit of NYC. Breakfast is always a great and the coffee is very good. I always order pancakes with bacon and eggs. Yes a big breakfast and I never finish it but delicious. Great bagels too. Try to get there early for the breakfast specials.

A very busy place on Saturday morning. Every table taken. I lucked out in finding the only available seat at the counter. Lots of noise. The parking lot full. I ordered a Belgium waffle with strawberries. It was cooked properly and was tasty. I'd get it again. Service was pretty good considering how crowded the place was. The meal wasn't... More

Not unusual to find a NY dei-style breakfast in this area, but Flakowitz is deservedly high on the list. Atmosphere is authentic with servers running around with all sorts of good food. Very large menu with lots of choices. Quality is quite good, though not up to better delis elsewhere. Nevertheless it is worth a return visit when in the... More

You walk into Flakowitz and think you have found nirvana--the old time breakfast joint with huge omelets and such. Turns out, great atmosphere in that sense, but the food is only meh. A good bagel came with a not so exciting omelet and homefries. Huge portions.

I always order corned beef has and eggs for bkft.- enough to share..but I always say cook it crispy and they NEVER do-so it has to go back while my partner eats his breakfast..Haven't been for awhile due to this "problem" .COOK needs to read what waitress writes down. Good bagels..

I've been eating here with my family for years. When I come down for a visit we go to Flakowitz for breakfast. They have great eggs, great pancakes, really good bagels and friendly service. This place brings me back to my childhood in Brooklyn.

Have been going back to this place year in year out. Reliable and tasty. Bagels are lovely and all the usual breakfast diner fare is on offer at above average quality.
