Love going to this authentic Indian restaurant in Westport that has a wide variety of choices including many different proteins, sauces and spice levels along with cooking methods. Good service with very good food and filling portion sizes.

I have been here a few times already and wrote a review before. I just went yesterday and they have changed most of the items in the buffet. The variety was impressive. I was able to try a number of dishes not normally found in buffets. I had possibly the best eggplant dish ever made, but that was just one... More

Eat-til-you-burst lunch/brunch buffet is one of the best-kept secrest in Fairfield County dining. What the space lacks in ambiance it more than makes up for in fresh, high-quality meat and vegetarian Indian dishes. Fresh salads and breads and a couple of simple desserts augment the buffet spread. The variety of entrees is impressive and for the most part the food... More

The lunch buffet offers a variety of vegetarian and meat choices. They change the items daily. Nothing in the buffet is truly spicy, but the range is from mild to light spice. There is also an extensive menu to order a la carte.

My family of mostly vegetarians including 2 teenagers, enjoyed our evening out at The Mumbai Times in Westport. The decor was fun and sparkly. My husband and I had fantastic cocktails. I ordered the kuchumber cocktail with cucumber, cilantro, lime, peppers and gin, like a fresh tomato-less gazpacho cocktail. Ragara appetizer was delicious and beautiful. All of our dinners were... I was starving when I came to eat at this restaurant but did not want to eat at the restaurant. I was tired form a long day. The manager was happy to take my order and deliver it to my home. The food arrived minutes after I pulled in to my garage. Food was delicious, and piping hot. They were... More

the Mumbai Times is a very small restaurant that specializes in take-out, so there's a constant stream in & out the front door. the food is authentic and can accommodate many different palates. I am a spice lover but let me warn you that the British Phall preparation is deadly hot! Their saag (spinach sauce) is excellent.

Went there to celebrate my son's Birthday. We were 5 people. Service was poor and the food was cold, not tasty and the portions were very small. Will not visit this restaurant ever again.
