The broth is made with Curry and Coconut Milk. Contact them and ask them for the recipe. There are also several versions of mussels with coconut and curry available online.

This a beach community, however, most people are dressed business casual, different from the local "clam shack" restaurants where anything goes and most people literally may have stepped off boats.
