Went here for a quick lunch. The food was fantastic, and prepared as ordered. The cafe was very clean.

The food is good. I ordered a bread bow soup. But I was very disappointed that the guy didn't fill enough soup inside the bread bow. I mean for the price I paid that was almost nothing. Then I asked him to put more because that amount of soup was ridiculous. He did but didn't like much that I asked... More

I normally do not review chains but being a former Panera fan, was disappointed in our visit today. Panera in Trumbull Mall can certainly be an Undercover Boss candidate. I checked, has not been on yet. I think what struck me was the overall quality degrade. High school cafeteria comes to mind. Food thrown together that seems canned (onion soup,... More

Panera is consistent in their food choices and each one is pretty good. Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend the Caesar salad, the Greek salad is a good alternative.

I've been to 4 or 5 Panera's in the past year and this one probably 10 or so times. In my opinion, all the Panera's have okay food with so-so service. This Panera in particular. The staff reminds me of that old Prince song: they are "doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before." Most of the... More

Panera has a good marketing and packaging department. Nice photos. Attractive product names. A focus on "fresh". Unfortunately, the food doesn't match the package. The biggest disappointment is the bread - which is baked (excuse the pun) into the name. It's very average, on par with the kind of bread Starbucks uses in its sandwiches. No better. It's too bad.... We always think about that network as a reliable place to have lunch with small kids. That location was not an exception. An additional bonus was a unique architecture: view of a floor below from glassed cube in center of the cafe. Their manager was very helpful, right in the seating area helping customers.

Stopped here on the way to providence , RI. Sandwich (Asiago roast Beef) and iced tea were excellent. A bit expensive, but quality excellent. Worth the stop.
