To be fair, I am pregnant and cannot eat red meat. When my coworkers suggested Capital grille for a business dinner, I was hesitant but they had roasted chicken on the menu and I figured that would work. The sides were good, and my business...More

Had a wonderful experience for lunch. Service was outstanding and food was really great. Two courses for $20.00. Soup and main course was wonderful

Been here many times for lunch and dinner always great. The lobster bisque is outstanding! Ask for a side of sherry to add in the soup. I prefer the filet at dinner and wither the lobster roll or burger at lunch.

I recently visited Capital Grille Saturday night. Food and service was good. Location was also great, being located next to a mall. Although, we had to sit in bar/lounge because the dining room was not open until 7pm. We had salad, soup, lobster, etc. everything...More

This is a typical Capital Grille. Food is ok, service is ok, ambiance is fair. Very noisy and overall mediocre. It is centrally located.

Good quality food. Hardly ever eat meat so when I do, I like to make sure it's good Difficult not to overeat. Never disappointed although atmosphere is always a little stuffy and formal, but that's what you expect going on. Service very good

I dine often and I am sad to say this experience was very bland and lackluster. I was more than excited to partake in the stoli doli. One I received it, it was 80% watered down house vodka and 20% canned pineapple juice. Very poor...More

If you are a steak lover, treat yourself to this restaurant if in the Stamford area. But bring money and lots of it. Staff is well trained. Wine list is overpriced but should be expected in this type of "a la carte" restaurant.

From Alaskan king crab or lobster bisque for just two of the starters to the magnificent steaks for entrees, this place never disappoints. Stolie Dolies are the go to cocktail

We came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. I had requested a note to be placed on the table. The staff went above and beyond by accompanying note with confetti. The food was amazing, from the first bite to the last. Our waiter was very...More

Description
When seeking an exceptional dining experience, Stamfordites need look no further than their own backyard. At The Capital Grille in Stamford Town Center, dry aged steaks and 20 year-old Scotch fortify Fortune 500 power brokers and power shoppers alike, while refreshing cocktails and irresistible appetizers delight patrons of the Palace Theatre and Rich Forum. Clearly, distinctive dining is not reserved for that larger city down the road. As a charming young lady once said, there's no place like home.
