I think this place has closed now, possibly relocated, but I went a few times and was never disappointed. The food was excellent, with a great variety to chose from yet not overwhelming. Friendly staff

Went to Bear and Grill for quicuk bar dinner. Unfortunately when we arrived, we found out that the restaurant is closed! New restaurant moving in soon.

Easter brunch was terrible. All good was cold. Waited for pancakes to come out and they were even cold. Only thing hot was coffee. The dessert was worse. The cannolis were so soft and the inside was thick and terrible. $200.00 dollars down the cold drain. Never would go there again, what I should Have done was the the reviews... More

Worst service ever! Very rude. Would not recommend this establishment under any circumstance---the manager apparently has a tendency to use foul language to the point of being verbally abusive to his customers with no apology, particularly female customers.

My wife had mentioned the signs for "Lobster Fest" at Bear and Grill so we decided to go. We had been to the restaurant a few times and had a very good experience. How ever this Saturday with lobster on our mind we went. We arrive at the restaurant at 7:00 P.M. and was told it would be a few... More

Horrible bar service. Came here on Friday January 22, 2016 at 8pm. Very few people in the restaurant. It give a very "we will be out of business soon" vibe. We sat ourselves at the bar. The waiter took a long time to pay us any attention even though there were only 4 other people seated. When we asked for... More

I have eaten at the Fairfield Bear and Grill many times. This was the first time in Orange CT. We ate on a Sunday about 2pm for a late lunch. There was plenty of seating and parking. The salad we had was outstanding and I would have it again. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would eat here again.... More

I made a reservation for Friday night at 5:30pm thinking it was going to be Happy Hour busy, but there was hardly anyone there and we had no reason to make a reservation. With that, it was nice not to fight over the din to have yourself heard when conversing. The three of us had three different type of salads... More

The service was very good as was the food! The atmosphere was like being in a mountain lodge. The music and extraneous noise was at a comfortable level. The food was very good and well presented as was desert which is made on the premises. We will visit again.

The food was okay with the onion soup being the best choice. The sampler, too, was just okay. The worst part of the evening was that our waitress couldn't remember anything and kept interrupting us to ask what we had ordered. That being said, They often have live entertainment, so if you want to go out for a drink and an... More

Rustic Adirondack Bar & Grill. The Bear & Grill offers a casual American menu with regional specials, with most items including desserts and breads made fresh daily.Decor and ambiance is fun and casual. It evokes images of a bygone era of the great camps and lodges of the Adirondacks, complete with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, split logs and twigs, massive antler chandeliers, camping memorabilia, and our own Log Cabin bar.
