Simple bagel place. My complaint is the cleanliness and use of gloves by employees. The restaurant was filthy, we could not find a clean table and the bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible. The employee taking our order was wearing gloves when she took our cash. She kept those same gloves on as she got the bagel and prepared it.... More

I feel like I should give Bagel One a higher rating since I go there so often, but when I really think about it, it is just average. I love bagels, and theirs are much better than other places, like Dunkin, for example. They have a wide variety of flavors and cream cheeses. There is also an extensive menu that... More

With an endless supply of irresistible bagels cooked daily in this little shop will keep you coming back for more! Their assortment is endless along with other breakfast/lunch options. Just the aroma that seeps through the door before you even walk in explains why it's the hottest spot in town! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. So take yourself... More

Highly recommend Bagel One. Moved from NJ several years ago and did not find a good bagel in CT until we visited Bagel One. Have never had a bad bagel there!

LOVE THIS PLACE - we frequent Bagel One for egg/bagel sandwiches - service is fast and bagels are delicious. Loads of interesting flavors - my favorites are jalapeno cheddar and asiago cheese. The egg sandwiches are never dry like DD' and are made with REAL eggs!! They also serve good sandwiches! My son is addicted - wanting to stop there... More

I come up from NY and stop at Bagel One every time I am in the area. I would choose their bagels over any NY bagel. I've had a number of different items from their menu but I find the bagel sandwiches with a side and a pickle are the best choice and fairly priced. The staff seems to be... More

Located in a strip mall area along route 6 in North Windham,CT. Seating is booth & table. Active in offering recycling refuse as you dispose. A coffee shop feel with the aroma of fresh baked goods. Order takers have great personalities with loud appearances with body decor.Lack of hair nets while preparing the food is bothersome.Ball caps are in place... More

This place hardly has all of the bagels they offer. The owner is constantly yelling at his employees.. even saw him make one cry. Not the environment I wanted to eat lunch in.. Place is filthy and I don't want to think about how dirty the back is.

Wonderful bagels, the best in town! Sometimes the line is a little long but it's well worth the wait. Staff is speady.

Unfortunately this is one of the only places open when I get a lunch break and 3 out of every 5 times I go they mess up my order. The girls at the counter just ignore you for a while while your waiting to place an order and walk away before completing. It is like they aren't listening to you... More
