This was my first visit, The restaurant is beautiful, The filet was good not outstanding. Service a little slow. The winning element was our waitress Robin. She made our family dinner a special evening. Could not click on review choices below

Lovely breakfast options on buffet or a la carte in front of a great view of NHV and Yale campus. My friends had an egg white frittata they raved about.

John Davenport's atop the Omni New Haven at Yale was a great place to have breakfast. The view of the New Haven skyline is great, but it's the food that really wins out. Hotel restaurants often serve the usual bland, overcooked home fries and overly...More

Thank you for your interest in John Davenport. Our recommendation for dinner is business casual, no jacket required. More casual attire for breakfast and lunch is common practice and welcomed.
