We hit this joint before seeing a concert at the College Street Music Hall which is very close by. It's mainly a burger place - reminds me of Plan 9 Burgers which is a local chain. The burgers are huge - tough to eat without making a big mess. They have a bison burger on the menu but they didn't... More

We had fun, didnt rush us out - they let us bring in a cake, the waitstaff even took photos for us!! Our guests loved the beer... More

Not the nicest décor in New Haven but some of the best burgers. We had both the falafel and onion rings to start, both of which were excellent. The burgers were slightly overcooked versus how we had asked but they were very flavorful. They have a very nice bar area with lots of bourbon and whiskey options. If I ever... More

Excellent burgers! I had the mushroom burger which was really good and my wife had the Maui burger which she enjoyed as well. Large servings, nice atmosphere and good service.

This original location of Prime 16 in downtown New Haven is the best! The burgers are absolutely delicious and there is such a unique variety choices on the menu (The Smoker and Firehouse are our favs!). The apps are also delicious... the fried pickle spears and deviled eggs are to-die-for!! Great beer selection as well. Highly recommend!

My sons took me there for lunch for my birthday. We all had burgers which were great as they had so many different kinds of burgers to suit every need.

Make your own burger. All kinds of meats and toppings. Love the fact you can choose your own break and have sweet potato fries. This place is a find in New Haven

I went in before going to a show and the place was quite busy. The bartender was working alone but she kept up and was efficient. We had drinks, and a couple appetizers which were all good. The menu varies, from Bar bites, to small plates, to burgers, etc. We already had eaten so we had a couple bar bites,... More
