Chez Ben Diner is where I get my breakfast fix! They know how to do it right. The meals are tasty. The portions are filling. The prices are affordable. The staff keeps your coffee cup topped off! If you are feeling Canadian stop by for a plate of Poutine! This review is making me hungry. I think Chez Ben is... More

Chez Ben's parking lot is always busy when I drive by and I know many people who eat there often and love it. I wanted to try poutine and figure there was no better place than an authentic Canadian/American Diner that everyone raves about. We went in a bit after one and everyone seemed to be in "shut down" mode.... More

I first tried poutine in Montreal a couple of years ago and loved it. I was very excited to see it on the menu at Chez Ben. It was just as good. When I get a craving for it I make the short drive to Chez Ben. I have had several of their other menu items as well. I have... More

That's what my father said after nearly each bite of tortiere (meat pie) yesterday during our first visit to Chez Ben. We had heard of the diner, but this family of French-Canadians was a bit skeptical- until we tasted the food! The tortiere was amazing. I never had my grandmother's, but I'll take my father's word for it. He said... More

KW and I went to see his daughter participate in a half marathon. The girls were looking for breakfast after the race. I found this place which serves breakfast all day - BINGO! We were seated after a very short wait. This place is popular and packed. The service is very efficient, which make this place run like a well... More

Very good poutine gravy, friendly service. I can't speak to the full menu, as I can't eat cheese, but the fries and gravy were delicious and the club sandwich was well done.

We went for breakfast with the hubster and we were stuffed when we left! The poutsine was delicious, hot gravy that was not to salty, cream cheese curds and unsalted hot fries! Yummy yummy. Crisp delicious bacon on the side. My husband never leaves food on his plate...he was so full from omelet, rye toast, and bacon that I had... More

Not a typo, as a visit to Chez Ben will add pounds to your frame. Not only do they have poutine but 8 different varieties!! They were able to accommodate a party of nine when we arrived but shortly after 10 the lines began. Great place, reasonably priced with a good strong coffee. Try the classic poutine.

When you walk into Chez Ben most mornings it is like walking into a small french country diner. The main dining room is usually filled with primarily french speaking patrons. And you can usually count on seeing a familiar face in the crowd since this is a favorite stomping ground for the locals. The menu is creative with a mixture... More
