Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This perfectly quirky coffeeshop is a wonderful place to grab a hot beverage and hang out for a bit. It's a very small space and is easy to miss because it's so small, but you would be missing out on a wonderful place. The interior...is stuffed with board games, books, and other miscellaneous paraphernalia, but there's still space for a couple of tables. They have a large menu of hot and cold beverages, and I was pleased to see that they have a Mexican hot coca - I very rarely see coffeeshops offer this drink, and this place made it super well! The pastries looked delicious as well! There was only one barista behind the counter, so it be a slight wait, but it's well worth it. There isn't really parking at the front - you need to park around the side.More

Love their coffee and the baristas and the nicest! It can be hard to find seating but if you do they have great wifi, and again, the staff is great and attentive!

Thanks to trip advisor, we came upon this wonderful café. We just wanted a quick and good caffeinated drink on the way home from a trip to New York. We ordered hot and cold lattes that were both delicious. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable....Definitely drop in.More

Excellent place to meet that secret someone. Small intimate and the staff is very discrete. The baked goods are delicious and the baristas know thier craft.

Small little coffee shop located conveniently by WCSU West Side campus. Great place to go alone or meet with friends. Assorted board games and comfortable seating is available. The coffee is great, the employees always smiling and ready to accommodate your needs. Only thing is...that I wish the baked goods were made there. Over-all it is always a pleasant experience.More

Great coffee, delicious baked goods, and the friendliest baristas I’ve ever encountered! (The very best chai tea latte, too!) Rumors is unique and authentic with that stereotypical “coffee shop” vibe. (And I mean that in the best way possible!!)

Made my favorite crepe, totally custom. Great vibe and helpful. Highly recommended. All kinds of specialty lates, most importantly, they have soy, almond and coconut milk for those of us the avoid cow milk.

This cafe was very small, and I never would have noticed it of a local friend had not suggested we go there. The Americano I had was delicious and we'll made. So often I get over or under extracted espresso, but this was on point....The place was very small, and there isn't much parking. Based on the coffee and service that I had, I would definitely visit again.More

It was a nice stop with the kids. The crepes are the French style paper thin style, nice taste ones. The only thing the fillings you choose comes with no creamy sauce, so it's quite falling apart. Good espresso and latte. The pistachio and blueberry...muffins were huge and tasty, while soft. It's a small place with a few tables, and people tend to linger and work.More
