We have the wheat beer for starters, Then the combo of German sausages. We always eat here when we come to Vail, and have never been disappointed

The food and service were both excellent! I ordered the spaetzle and it was pure heaven! The desserts are equally amazing. I had the Black Forest cake! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the kids meals are overly expensive...More

A must every time we visit Vail. Everyone else in my family orders the Wiener schnitzel, and I get a delicious salad. Nice beer list (plenty of German beers) and great cocktails too. Thoughtful children's menu as well. Dishes for kids are plated beautifully too,...More

We booked in advance for dinner. The young lass serving us was very pleasant. We wre probably expecting a better meal - and it did arrive very quickly after ordering which suggests it was prepared before hand. May be wrong ??

Had lunch here last weekend. They serve a variety of imported beer; the steak tartare was awesome; and the Reuben sandwich was delicious. They also have a huge selection of fresh pastries for dessert. Friendly staff too!
