Was excited to eat at Elways during my trip to Vail. Was very disappointed. Ordered the petite filet medium. It arrived and looked like it had a fight with someone in the kitchen. It was fatty and grisled...not very appetizing. Had to send it back. The second one was almost as bad as the first one..grisly and burnt but rare... More

nicely prepared ribeye with bone in although too large for one normal person to devour. Sides were tasty but should be part of the price of the meal. Wine was good and good selections.

I ordered a Medium Rare Rib Eye ( their house specialy ), when it arrived it was more to Medium Well - Well done ( no red ). Even though its overcooked, the meat is REALLY charred on the outside while the insides remain tender and juicy. This is one of the most recent memorable steaks Ive had. Definately a... More

Best steakhouse in CO in my humble opinion, consistently cook to order, and they have their own spice rub (which you can purchase) that is particularly yummy

Kind of pricy, $500 for the four of us including apps, drinks and a couple of amazing deserts. Food was awesome, steaks were great and so was the service.

I went with friends to Ellway. I had one of the best steak dinners in recent memory in January 2017 at Elways. Started with the Tuna Tartar and moved into the Wedge Salad and a small Filet. Lovely wine and superb service. About 125 a person before tip.

So this is fairly straightforward steakhouse--lots of steak options in the $45-60 range. Also with other options in the high $30s-50s. Side dishes $10-13, salads around the same. I have been to high end steakhouses with better/friendlier service, but the steaks here were fantastic, and better than I can remember from other experiences. This is truly a top end steakhouse,... I had the house salad and it was delicious. I also has the red pepper soup, which was all peppers and no cream, it was really tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their meals too. Enjoy!

Not your typical steakhouse. Tuna nicely grilled, still ruby red on the inside. Lampchops well seasoned and rosy. Wonderful roasted cauliflower in truffle oil. Mmmm... 😋

We only came every night for fresh baked to order perfect chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. They are perfect as the end of evening treat. Staff is wonderful and happy to just bring desert.
