Every visit to Vail includes dinner at Matsuhisa. Love the food here. It is well prepared and presented. Enjoy the black cod with miso and the sea bass with black bean. Service is always top notch.
If you want the best then prepare to pay for it because Matshuisa is the real deal and you are going to pay for it. If you have $$ then you should eat dinner here. Especially if you like good Sushi!
