This busy fun pub was just what we needed to cap off a great day of skiing. We sat at the bar for our meal and met other visitors to the area. Ribs and burgers recommended.

We stumbled in this pub looking for a quick lunch while skiing, and we were positively surprised. The Burger were superb, the local beer excellent and the service very attentive, all for a moderate price (for telluride standards). Will definitively return.
Will we ever learn? Crowded and noisy, which would be OK if the service and food were good. Our waiter spent his entire time tapping the computer right by our table, yet not noticing that we weren't getting our order. We waited at least 30 minutes for our round of drinks (might have been 45). We watched other tables who... More
the mac family of san antonio, Even after dozens of our guests stop me everyday to simply to tell how much they love Smuggler's it's still disappointing to read about a guest's negative experience. It is true that we are a very busy restaurant. It is true that it can be noisy at times. It is true that we work... More
Smugglers had a decent menu and good selection of beers. It is a good lunch or dinner place that is reasonably priced for Telluride.
We stopped here for lunch while skiing and we ordered the ribs on a whim. Boy we're we surprised. They were the best. As in fall off the bone, moist and meaty. We ended up eating a whole slab. Finally a restaurant in Telluride that doesn't try to rip you off. Good burgers, good appetizers and great beer. Prices are very reasonable, especially after you try some of those big metro wanna be joints.
Great food atmosphere and service at Smugglers. Beef Tacos much enjoyed and rave reviews fir the pork chop. Service by Doc was attentive but still casual...a real pro who isn't afraid to recommend food and beverages. Reasonable prices and the perfect Telluride evening.
Dinner with family first night in Telluride. Place was a bit crazy and on-line reservation apparently was mixed up so had to wait for table for 30 minutes. But the staff worked hard to find a comfortable spot for our group of 6 during busy Rose Bowl game. Food was fun and flavorful; plenty of televisions to follow games but... More
