My boyfriend and I visited Silverthorne over the weekend and asked a local lady at the outlets for a good brunch place. She recommended the Mountain Lyon Cafe. When arriving we could sit wherever we wished and service was promptly at our table in seconds. We ended up slitting one of the skillet dishes. The waitress recommended getting have green... More

Everyone in our group enjoyed their food at this restaurant! I had the breakfast burrito and loved it! My only complaints are the limited parking and tiny bathroom. These aren't necessarily things the owners can change, but as a mom traveling with young kids it's hard to stop somewhere that doesn't have a changing table in the bathroom. Overall, we... More

Local staple, very consistent and very good. This is not a fancy place, but the parking lot is always full.

We were returning home from working in the mountains and scanned the outskirts of town for a diner or coffee shop. Mountain Lyon Cafe was just the ticket! The service was efficient and our meals were excellent. Husband had the breakfast burrito, full of veggies, beans and eggs-very tasty. I enjoyed my turkey and avocado melt with a very yummy... More

They are known for their breakfast burrito, spicy hot. I got the eggs benedict, with potatos. Coffee is watery.. staff is fast and pleasant. Needs a renovation 20 years ago, but prices are great, most breakfast items are 9.95.

The Mountain Lyon Cafe had the most delicious breakfast we had on our vacation to Silverthrone / Copper Mountain! Our hotel had frozen donuts and a few bread and cereal choices, but the Mountain Lyon Cafe had amazing omelettes and pancakes!!! My friend got the eggs Benedict and she thought it was delicious! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, it... More

The food was really good! Stopped on our way to Keystone. I think this is going to be our new lunch spot when we are out here for skiing. Fast and friendly service.
