I recently made a reservation 1 week in advance at Gabriel's in Sedalia Colorado for 7 people for 8 pm. We confirmed by phone before arriving, and upon arrival on time were told by a waiter it would be 5-10 minutes before our table was ready. We had no problem with this and decided to wait. After 10 minutes the... More

Go out of your way to visit this great restaurant. We go there for special occasions and have lately found their "Happy Hour" and "Bar Menu" to be the best deal $.

We traveled to Colorado to attend a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was at Gabriel's. The plane arrived over an hour late and we went straight to the restaurant from the airport. The staff was helpful and took our luggage right away and made sure we had food, sine we were late. The private room was lovely with a terrace right... More

Gabriel's is a wonderful place. This old converted manor provides for a "different" kind of atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The food is excellent, the three-course meal was also fun and at the end you have received generous portions. We all had different entrees- veal, filet, bison rib-eye and beef tenderloins with scampi- everyone thought there entree was the best!... More

We arrived early and were warmly welcomed. It was jazz night which livened up the place. The food was good the service was excellent. Here are some attention to details that were overlooked. The two extra place settings on our table were not removed, the shrimp for the cocktail was not properly cleaned and had some intestines still on the... More

We went here for dinner on Valentine's Day a few years ago. The food and the service were great! Too bad it is so far from my house!

We ate at Gabriel's the last night of our CO ski trip, we couldn't have been more pleased with the food, ambiance, service and wine list. We hope to return on our next visit!

Third visit to this great restaurant for fine dining. Exquisite three-course meal on Wine Wednesday (half-price bottles of wine), outstanding service and comfortable yet elegant ambiance. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place less than a star I would. We were very disappointed with this restaurant. The front desk was very friendly, took us up to our table, in the dark, and then we sat there for a good 30 minutes waiting for our server. I wanted to just leave and I wish we had! When our... I have been visiting this restaurant for about 18 years. The good is always great and the service is always excellent. It's a fun place off Hwy 85. Appetizers are included with your meal.

Description
Gabriel's features elegant Northern Italian fine dining in the quaint town of Sedalia. Our restaurant is housed in the Victorian Manhart home which was built at the turn of the 1900's and converted into Gabriel's in 1985. Matthew and Jan, owners, have been serving the greater Denver area for over 20 years. Gabriel's specializes in three-course dining so you won't just get an entree. Your evening will begin with an appetizer, followed by soup or salad, then the entree of your choice. Our pricing ranges from $25 to $52 for all three courses. The extensive wine list offers a huge variety to compliment any dinner. We are conveniently located between Denver and Colorado Springs, just 20 minutes from the Tech Center and 30 from Denver. Gabriel's is perfect for all occasions; a romantic night out, a wedding, business function, holiday party and more.
Indulge yourself and experience the ultimate in elegant fine dining.
