Hey y'all, if your ever driving thru Pueblo Co. or staying the night. If you love Mexican food, you need to try Rojas Mexican Restaurant. The food is authentic, the servings are fair, the price is right. If you wanna talk about great customer service. This is the place to be. This family works hard to deliver everything you need... Great food, great service! I loved the enchiladas. We will definitely be back again and will bring more friends.

The worst excuse for Mexican food, bland as could be, dirty dirty dirty, filthy hole of a place, did I say terrible food? Dirty, nasty and disgusting food. Taco Bell beats this place hands down, green chili was a joke no doubt out of a can and water thin.

This place is definitely better than the Depression-era, Tex-Mex/Southern CO cuisine offered at many establishments in Pueblo. The menu choices have a slightly more Mexican flavor. There is also your standard American bar food choices. The restaurants is definitely family friendly and is a chill place to watch a Broncos game or hang out with the kids.

Our family has been going to this restaurant for the past 7 years primarily due to the great service we have received as the food is just mediocre. The experience we had last night has most likely made it our last visit. Service was completely lacking! It took over 12 minutes after delivering our drinks for the server to even... More

We had lunch here. The service was OK. Surprisingly, they didn't have a lunch menu so lunch was a bit overpriced. Also, the quantity and quality of the food was questionable. Not especially tasty. They seemed to have some regulars there but for a rather large restaurant, it was fairly deserted.

We went there for a late lunch around 130 pm. Great service as they team up with each other to work each table. Pricing was more then I wanted to pay for lunch but you get lot's for your monies. Hint ,You don't get free chips and salsa but you get rolled tortillas with green chille which was a incalculable... More

If you can mess up a taco, then you're not a good Mexican food place. Their ground beef has the consistency of mush. It tastes as bad as it looks. I've tried this place more than once thinking I may have just caught them on a bad night.. But no. It's just not good food.

The staff can be hit or miss, but the green chili burrito and red sauce enchiladas are very good. Stick with those, other items can be so-so.

Nice little room with a wood stove! Warm and welcoming. Good place to go that is in Pueblo West. Right off Hwy 50 - can see it from the road - good place to stop.
