Staff was freindly and food was good, however not worth what we were charged. Restaurant was dark and cold. No fun presentation at the hibachi table and unclear bill. It wasn't until after asking several questions that the server then told us the tip was included. We had 2 Dinners, 1 lunch, 2 rolls w/ soup, 2 drinks and 2... More

We wanted a nice dinner and thought we would try this place. We reserved 2spots for a grill table. Unfortunately, this table in the corner is near a exit door and was extremely drafty and cold to sit by. I dislike being cold to eat my meals. When we asked for a drink menu, the man ask what we wanted?... More

I was with friends for this trip, we all had different things. The rice was ok, the shrimp was tough and the steaks had no flavor. All of the portions were small. This was definitely not worth the $30 we each paid for our meals.

Our regular sushi place was closed for remodel so we gave Suehiro a shot. The restaurant is kind of cool and different looking, but the tables don't have chairs. They have built in carpeted booths. Not unlike the old carpeted blocks you'd sit on to put on your skates at Bossanova. (You good ol' Puebloans know what I mean.) They... More

This is a pretty good place to eat but the male owner is pretty full of himself. Also if you order a glass of wine they give you about 3-4 ounces. They must get 8-10 glasses out of a bottle. It is a fairly quiet place which is good and the food is very good.

I found this awesome place through Trip Advisor. I had a Steak bento box and it was amazing. The Miso soup was fantastic. Great service and the owner and his wife were very charming!!! I will return!!

Came for lunch and we had the bento boxes, the beef and chicken were both excellent. Miso soup and salad also good. Meat was good quality and grilled. Tempura also very good quality, shrimp nice and plump. Sushi excellent as well, fresh and generous. Service was quick and excellent. Family run place and very great taken to ensure dining experience... More

We have been patrons of Suehiro for many years! We celebrated our 37th Anniversary this week. Had a wonderful dinner on the Teppan Table. The food and sushi has always been excellent and delicious. I think Suehiro is the best and most authentic.

My wife and I lived in Tokyo for 2.5 years, so we always seek out authentic Japanese restaurants. Suehiro in Pueblo certainly fulfilled our expectations on authenticity and surpassed them on the superb quality of our meal. The first clue is that owners (Sachiko and Ishikawa) are true Nihonjin and replied in Japanese when we spoke the small amount of... More

We go here for sushi regularly when in Pueblo. The sushi is as good as I have had anywhere in the US. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and hard working. The atmosphere is pleasant. I can't believe that a restaurant like this can be found in downtown Pueblo. I would strongly recommend Suehiro to anyone who likes sushi.
