Distinctive, tasty, carefully prepared food and solid service. You get a big plate of (free) nachos with fantastic salsa to start every meal. I'm a big fan of the San Francisco (potato) enchiladas, which are tough to find anywhere else in Colorado.

Great family owned place. You can taste the love that goes into every bite. I've been many times and especially love the enchiladas. Portions are big and prices are small. Service is exellent with a smile. I will be back for more....La Doche Vida....

I love El Nopal. It might be a bit shabby, but the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I love that you get chips and salsa with the meal. The service is always quick and friendly.
