El Nopal is good, but it's just simply not my favorite in town. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The huge basket of chips were good. The bean burrito was average.

My family and I arrived here and right off the bat we could tell that the service was going to be slow, there were only two waitresses for the entire restaurant. It took quite awhile to get our food and drinks, but we were very understanding because we could tell that the two waitresses were working very hard. Putting service... More

Great family owned place. You can taste the love that goes into every bite. I've been many times and especially love the enchiladas. Portions are big and prices are small. Service is exellent with a smile. I will be back for more....La Doche Vida....

I love the chicken quesidillas. Four of us ordered them. Large portion. Everyone else enjoyed their food too. Daily specials. Great service too.

I love El Nopal. It might be a bit shabby, but the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I love that you get chips and salsa with the meal. The service is always quick and friendly.

I am new to Pueblo and have not had a chance to venture into the industrial heart of Pueblo. A high school friend suggested we eat here. It was a great choice for lunch. I have read mixed reviews here but found the negative ones baseless. Yes, the vinyl on the booth seats is worn and ripped, but the food... More

When you think Pueblo Mexican, people don't always mention El Nopal. It has been around forever though and hasnt changed a bit. On a weekend when some of the others are jam packed with a wait, you can usually get seated immediately at El Nopal. Chips and salsa are great, entrees always come our promptly and are good. With it's... More

I read a previous review that the food is re-used and heated up in the microwave that is utterly false! The food is always hot and tastes fresh. The food at El Nopal has a different and good taste everyone can find something to their liking at El Nopal. The chicken tacos on white are to die for. And the... More
