Just returned from a 5 day ski trip to Wolf Creek. The breakfast burrito with chicken and green chiles was the perfect way to prep for a great day outdoors. The cranberry-cream cheese bread made an amazing "pocket snack" to enjoy at the top of Alberta Peak. They cut my wife's cinnamon roll (made with brioche dough) in half so... More

What a beautifully comfortable space with hard wood floors and helpful knowledge staff. The mocha is amazing as well as the bran muffins, raspberry chocolate muffins, Breve, and egg burritos with just the right amount of green chili. It is worth the drive and into town.

This is a very popular place in town. The coffee is very good and there are some delicious baked goods, not to mention some wonderful breads. An added plus is a seating area outside. Enjoy!

Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest in the 80s and 90s during the coffee renaissance there, I consider myself a coffee connoisseur, also known as a coffee snob. Colorado's numerous coffee shops and cafes often have palatable coffee, but that's about it. It's never good enough to write about. The coffee at Pagosa Baking Company is DELICIOUS! I will... More

I'd highly recommend the lemon bars and coffee. While I was here there was live music and a great mix of people. I got the lemon bars to go and ate them back at the house after a day on the slopes of Wolf Creek. We went back the next day to get more they were that good!

Housemade dark ganche for their mocha. They'll even sweeten it up a bit for you since it's really dark. This was delicious. I try to always ask if there is a special coffee when someplace new, glad I did. She added some vanilla to it. Yum. I got there around 11, a fair amount of their baked goods were picked... More

We live in town and love these ladies! Take home lemon curd if you want to be very popular in your home. I love croissants and the magic stuffed buns. Rosemary bread and cheddar biscuits. Honey likes the scones and muffins. Rugala is yummy treat.

We were driving around the town where we were staying and found this cute cafe. We ordered at the counter and sat inside (outside seating also) in one of two rooms. We had a carrot muffin with cream cheese that was great and a lemon scone that was a little dry. I had a regular coffee and my husband had... More

I called at 7am to have fresh cookies set aside because they are so popular. Ciabatta rolls are fresh and crunchy and chewy. They have fresh bread every morning. The staff treats you like family. Wonderful homemade sandwichs and breakfasts. Always something new.
