We had dinner here and loved it. Rocky Mountain Trout was delicious and so was the Seafood Risotto. We also had the Ceasar Salad and loved every bite! Dessert was a Chocolate Mouse....the bowl was edible, that is all :)

This is a very nice restaurant and hotel. We did not lodge there, but we had a wonderful meal here on our last night. I read many reviews about how good the creme brulee was and it did not disappoint! Lovely atmosphere as well.
The atmosphere here was calm and classy! We ordered House Salad, Ceaser Salad, and the Stuffed Chicken dish, and all these dishes were delicious!
The food is delectable and the service is exemplary. Breakfast staff was very attentive, thank you Justin and Marcia!

We had the elk ribeye and the filet mignon. Both were excellent cuts, perfectly prepared. The lobster bisque was great, actual pieces of lobster, which is rare in my experience. The spinach salad was also good. Good beer selection.
