Very good menu choices that are fresh and taste good - some are unusual and great as well. The service was a bit slow to get the meal out after we ordered. But the main detraction from my experience was that there were a lot of very young kids that screamed and shouted through out my meal - I had... More

We decided to head to Louisville Main Street area for a late lunch after a long hike in Boulder. The place was busy and the wait staff was really friendly; but the service was really slow. The menu had some pretty interesting options for sure, my daughter had the chili rellenos and that was the best dish out of the... More

A wonderful bar/restaurant scene with adoration to the late star. Our group happened to hit the day of Cash's birthday so were entitled to free birthday cake. I had a great chickens fried steak others were pleased with their take of Americana food choices. The help was busy, busy but efficient, polite and competent.

We arrived at 4pm on Saturday, got a table right away. We ordered two Grey Goose martinis (bone dry) and they had vermouth...and weren't in chilled glasses. Then ordered the hummus which was roasted pres pepper hummus with pita and a few veggies, the hummus was delicious but the veggies seemed cut hours ago as they were browned. The jalapeño... More

This place is kind of trendy with a strong Johnny Cash theme. Overall, I enjoyed my visit. The scotch is a little overpriced.

Like the salads and burgers. Waitstaff is friendly and the collection of music memorabilia is from the owners father's famous Waterloo records in Austin. Live music makes for a nice local pub

Lively and Friendly, "Waterloo" makes you feel like you found the right place the moment you walk in! The Maui Sandwich is great! Service, atmosphere and food are all worth the trip! Best place in Louisville!

Waterloo is a great place for family dining in the early evening. Good menu tor the little ones as well as the seniors with a fast, attentive staff that's always willing to stop by and spend a little additional time with you if they've got a couple of minutes. I hear things get a little busier later with the music,... More
