The braided crust reminds me of pyramid pizza at KU. Delicious pizza at a fairly reasonable price. They have take out or sit down.

Not much to recommend here. Some nice outside seating and a good selection of microbrews but the pizza just didn't bowl me over. Not bad, mind you, just story of OK average in my opinion. The waitress was very nice, also. Neutral on recommendation.
The best crust! Cheese is melted on the crust & toasted to perfection. Toppings full of flavor. I was afraid my expectations would be too high after reading all the reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. Shout out to Jessica from Round Rock who made...More

I'm not a big pizza eater, having had pizza in Rome, it's hard to go back to American pizza. But Pizza 101 was so delicious, we ate there twice during our week long visit. The sizes were generous, the toppings fresh, the crust thin and...More
Pizza 101 has hands down the best pizza ever. The crust cooked perfectly piled high with toppings with an amazing sauce. Perfect end to a day in the gorgeous mountains.
Reading the reviews, I wanted to try this place. I've eaten a lot of great pizzas on 3 continents but mostly across the US. I like a good wood-fired or coal-fired pizza best. 101 was a good pizza. Not great but not as bad as...More
I've had pizza all over the USA and all over Europe and Pizza 101 is still by far my favorite! Best pizza ever! I always get the largest size available because you're going to want more than just a slice! Slice is available too!
