We stop here every time we're in town. Never disappoints. Friendly staff, good food, larger servings and good prices. Local favorite. I prefer my sausage gravy on toast rather than biscuits. They are always done perfectly. Hubby and son love their biscuits, skillets etc. You won't go wrong. Nothing fancy, just good food for a good price.

Have always heard great things and finally was able to verify first hand. Good solid food with lots to choose from. Family feel to the place makes it quite relaxing. I will be back.

We were on our way from Denver to go skiing on a cold, snowy day and wanted to stop for a warm breakfast. We were pleased to see there was something available in Idaho Springs. We stopped at Marion's which is a small diner type place. We were seated right away but it took a few minutes to get served... More

This restaurant is our go-to for breakfast when we spend the night in Idaho Springs. They have just about everything you could want. The coffee is good, the food is average but tasty. The wait staff is so-so. This morning she got my toast wrong but that's just minor. For the most part, I will recommend this one.

OH MY! So, the items on the menu may not be considered for "clean eating" but we ate breakfast here both mornings we were in town. OH SO GOOD, their green chili is fantabulous. We had 2 different waitresses and both of them were FANTASTIC! Everyone that worked there was friendly, nice and smiled! We will make it a point... More

Great portions of homemade breakfast foods! It's a dilemma because at Marion's they make great EVERYTHING. If you like green chili, go for a breakfast burrito! If you love Eggs Benedict then have them at Marion's. You cannot go wrong with the biscuits and gravy either! I have only had breakfast at Marion's but I am sure lunch is great... More

Marion's of the Rockies has been around... it seems forever. It is a local's favorite because of the old fashioned comfort, homemade delicious food and friendly service. They don't serve dinner, but open at 6am every day which is convenient for travelers who want to get an early start. Seating Mon-Th is until 2:30 and on weekends until 3pm. My... More

Apparently, this is a favorite place for locals and regular tourist to stop for a meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful but it took over 30 minute to get our lunch order. While the food was good, just don't be in a hurry especially when they are busy.

After a week+ of vacationing and eating in Idaho Springs this is our #1 pick. The service was great. Lots of food for the money. Best of all was that the food was super delicious! This is not a chain, but a great little local restaurant.
