For more than twenty years we have been regular customers at the Cherry Creat Seafood Restaurant and Market and every visit has left us ready to return for another meal. I think we have tried nearly everything on the menu and found the items to be well prepared, tasty, and nicely presented. We especially enjoy their homemade seafood soups. The... More

Cherry Crest has been a solid seafood eatery for many years and remains so. It caters to a crowd that a bit less rowdy than most anywhere. Great for seniors or a quick lunch.

Met a friend here for lunch, even though I rarely eat seafood. The menu did have a small selection of non-seafood foods. I ordered Primavera Pasta, which arrived promptly and was hot. And that's where the good stopped. The pasta was a white blob in the middle of the plate.. The vegetables, which weren't roasted, were a copious amount of... More

This restaurant has the very best fresh seafood - and at a reasonable price! Nothing fancy - more like a small family friendly neighborhood place. The menu is extensive. Lunch menu and an early bird specials are available for dinner. Check it out - if you are a seafood lover - you will not be disappointed!

We have eaten here for lunch and dinner dozens of times. The atmosphere is nothing fancy and a bit dated but the superior quality of the food an service does not waiver. You can't miss on the regular menu items and the specials are always a treat.

I had the seafood salad and my friend had a fish early bird special. We were both disappointed in the dishes we ordered. Not much flavor. The chowder was very good.

We were driving and saw Seafood, so we stopped.....good choice. We are from SF area, so we are used to FRESH. My wife had the halibut, cooked just right, with Cole slaw and rice....was white, jasmine would have been tastier. I had the chowder; disappointed but ok. I also had the lobster roll. A lot of lobster, but prefer it... More

We used to go to this place all the time. They have good fish. Their Walleye is great. They always serve the same sides and you have no choice of what they are. Place has not atmosphere but service is good and friendly.

We met a friend here for dinner and thought, because of the great reviews, that it would be a fabulous place for seafood. We were wrong. We ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and I've had frozen, packaged meals that were better. The shrimp were right out of a bag of frozen shrimp, the sauce had no flavor, but there were some... More

This is one of those long-standing, locally owned, and quite surprising restaurants with a simple and well-prepared menu. The seafood is VERY fresh and well-prepared, and the staff are excellent. There's a warm, friendly atmosphere that is appreciated, which makes up for the lack of "high-brow" interior. It's where the Locals go, and there's good reason: the food is GOOD.... More
