We ate breakfast here with our niece while we were staying at Grand Vista Hotel. They had a buffet spread for breakfast but since we were not much into having a heavy first meal we opted for ala-carte. Service was fast and it was nice to have a large pot of hot coffee on our table and we did not... More

We had dinner in the lounge on Oct.6, 2016. We had 5 in our party, service was slow and food delivery took nearly 45 minutes. The food was below acceptable. All of our burgers were covered with burnt pieces of food that were not cleaned off the griddle. All of us had problems chewing the burgers as the hard burnt... More

We received 2 free, had to pay for 1. Pretty much the standard breakfast included with a hotel room at any hotel. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy, also cereal and oatmeal, yogurt and boiled eggs. It was all pretty average, nothing to distinguish it. Just fine for free, but it should have been included for all people staying... More

Located in the Grand View Hotel, the restaurant is clean and service was fast. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which was delicious! Eggs and hash-browns were perfect. Not enough butter on the toast though! My only complaint. A big plus was the plates were hot, which is a big deal to me. Also my empty plates were cleared promptly.... More

Buffet style breakfast. Cold eggs and lame pancakes at best. I've stayed at the grand vista hotel before and ate here and it hasn't changed. The advertisement for the buffet is misleading. I would not eat here again.

Had a great breakfast ot Oliver's during my stay. The wait staff was very helpful, and handled substitution requests with ease. You can order from the menu, as I did, or opt for the buffet. While there, check out the quaint decorations in the several rooms of the restaurant. Great food at a great price!

We had a "free" breakfast coupon from our hotel stay. They offered a buffet with all the usual suspects if you like buffets, it was probably OK. After observing both the clientele and the attending servants awaiting our beverages, we opted for "made to order" dishes instead. We sat close enough to the kitchen to hear the cook surprised he... I ate dinner and breakfast here. The decor is dated. The service was friendly. The dinner options seemed limited. Breakfast was better. If you stay at the hotel, you get a discounted price on the buffet. I felt I might as well get the buffet because ordering a couple items separately would be more expensive.

We ate the breakfast buffet as part of our room cost...It was not of good quality and had no bacon, sausage, or biscuits and gravy. For the price that was charged, I would have expected at least one of those things. Decor was dark and depressing....
