Went here on vacation to CO. Despite the mixed reviews, our families had nothing but good things to say. Service was really great, our server gave us some tips on places to take the kids. The food was great too!

We have been going to Carlos Miguel's for the past several years whenever we are in Frisco. This time we went for dinner and were very disappointed. There were ants on the table and nearby windowsill, and there were a couple wasps buzzing by the...More
We visit Carlos Miguel's in Castle Rock frequently, but this was our first visit in Frisco. I ordered street tacos, one chicken, one beef. They came on doubled regular sized (not the small ones usually used for street tacos) tortillas that were on the dry...More

Good mexican food. Fresh, lots of variety, tableside guacamole is fun. I like the Dos Chiles which is like rellenos without the batter or wrap. Excellent salsa and the guacamole tableside serves 4. It is big enough they usually have room, which is an issue...More
