Early dinner. Soooooo glad we decided to give this small, quaint restaurant a try!!! This tiny venue is FULL of deliciousness!!! They bring a sample of all the sauces to start. I had the seafood gumbo and hush puppies. Others in our party had the fried shrimp and catfish. The seafood gumbo was absolutely incredible!!!! The hush puppies were the... More

We ate at the other restaurant in Gleenwood Springs and this one was just as good.. I hope they franchise world wide as we could do with one in the UK.. The food is fantastic and I'm in love with the Cajun way of cooking their food.. Try the Seafood Gumbo or the Jambalaya.. The Lobster Bisqueis delicious. The red... More

Have eaten here maybe ten times, most recently twice in the last week. Took friends for the first time. They were so impressed they wanted to go back the next nite. This is a real Cajun place. Have met the owner and he is an original. Don't miss it!

The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The samples that they start you with will throw you into an indecisive state of "oh no they all taste so amazing, now what should I order?". But the lobster bisque was amazing. The gumbo samples were really appetizing. And the fried catfish was reeeeally tasty. I'll come back to try more of their... More

3 star service with a caveat that our wait staff/greeter was a fairly new employee. She'd been told to provide utensils on request, but it was odd to have to ask for a fork and spoon to eat our gumbo and catfish. It would be nice if they used real silverware and plates to reduce waste, but the food stands... More

The seating is super limited so we ended up waiting around 1 and a half hours to be seated, but since members of our party had been here before they said it was worth it. The staff were really friendly and it felt really casual as if you were a guest in the chef's home. The different soups/jumbos were all... More

Finding a Cajun restaurant in the middle of the Rocky Mountains has to be a bit weird, doesn't it? But why complain - we ate Alligator and Gumbo and it all seemed pretty good and authentic. There are funny little quirks happening all the time across the informal, small, and crowded space - especially shouts of confirmation from the chefs... More
