We loved the sausages and beers at Prost. We ordered the sausage sampler with Pheasant, wild bore, elk, and venison. All were very good, but the wild bore was our favorite. This was a very casual place where you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you when it is ready. Also they have happy hour... More

Ohhh Prost. How we love it. Delicious, always fresh beer selection. Fresh and interesting sausages and a darn good Reuben. You can't miss this one!

Very cool place and good beers. Was disappointed when I ordered the Weißwurst and it came from the grill. Other then that it was a great visit

Very cute place, love the atmosphere ... casual. Had great beer big portions. had the antelope rabbit habanero - delicious with a kick, chipotle yak brat, turkey sandwich - all great. Would defiantly go next time in Frisco.

This place is quaint, rustic and serious about some good German sausage. Everything was great, but the pretzel is one of the best I've had outside of Germany. It's served with an interesting dipping sauce. If you don't like German food don't let that stop you from visiting. You should at least have a beer and pretzel...you won't be disappointed.

Antelope rabbit habanero sausage was our favorite this trip! The sauces are so good. Couple cold beers and the sausage sampler. Maybe sit in the sun for a bit. Cozy inside too. Live music on certain evenings. Just love this place. Its not really a date night spot. It's a place to relax and enjoy.

Awesome little German restaurant! The beer selection is awesome and they have some awesome exotic sausages and good mustards. I reccomend the Elk and Jalapeno sausage!

Took a German family from Frankfurt who came to visit us in Breck last week. They were impressed with the German beer choices and the sausage selection which are very good and homemade in the Restaurant. Service is the weak link as you order at the counter (often times a line), but then the food is delivered to your table... More

A friend who lives in Frisco brought us here for lunch and it was an excellent find. They serve real German beers (Hofbrau, Hacker, etc) and have an amazing selection of sausages made from boar, elk, bison, etc. They have a great selection of mustards too. Their pretzel is also a must. Excellent place.

The sausages and beer are awesome but....took an hour from the time we ordered and were Luke warm. Server brought first sausages and we tasted and mentioned they were cold. Server said they were precooked in beer in the morning and came out at 160. I said I hope the rest would be warm. The rest came out and they... More
