My family enjoyed a delicious lunch today sitting in the gorgeous gardens of 5 Acres. The staff were, friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The menu selection is gourmet without being pretentious. Adults & kids enjoyed our selection of sharing plates. The prawn skewers were the adults favourites while the kids loved the beef & potato skewers and of course the fries!
Whilst we didn’t use the games the restaurant provides a number of activities & games for kids & families to enjoy.
We would definitely recommend hunting down this secluded & gorgeous restaurant either by bike or car.

Great food and beautiful outdoor seating in the gorgeous gardens/on the verandah/or inside. All the food menu choices are for sharing. We ordered 5 different options for 4 (one was a salad) and it was plenty of food. Once you pay for drinks, it was around $90 for a family of 4. I have paid more in the area for not so great food. The food was all fresh, well cooked and presented nicely, 10/10. The chips were very nice.
It was really busy when we were there- I’d say over 100 customers on a Friday around lunch time (Easter school holidays) and there was heaps of room to be seated, their QR code system for ordering was one of the best I’ve used. Food came out fast. Staff were all really nice and helpful.
I would love to come back here. We did a ride from Bright to Wandiligong, it was so nice to sit down for some good food and drinks before heading back.

While visiting friends who live in the village we went to grab a coffee.
The joint wasn’t even open as the time was 10:20am and we were greeted with a smile and offered coffee.
The waitress Irland was great, greeting us and letting us know that the kitchen wasn’t open till midday but offered scones and cakes on top of our coffees.
She did your business proud!
Coffee were great so was the scone and the fig tart!

We were highly recommended 5 Acres by a number of people and we weren't disappointed!
Set in beautiful surrounds this place is a treat for the eyes and the taste buds! Service was fabulous with welcoming staff, the cocktails and the buttermilk chicken was a real treat.
Food to appeal to a wide variety of tastes, all sharing items which is perfect for a group.
We will certainly be back and taking friends!

Perfect day - sun shining so we dined outdoors in the garden. Chose the whole trout which was superb, very delicate w fennel, dill & warm lemony salad. BBQ skewer prawns & calamari w a curry flavoured mayo

On a very busy Saturday with the Nut Festival in full swing, we had a short wait for a table. We were not disappointed. Great selection of beverages and food. Indoor and outdoor dining options available. Staff were very busy and were also friendly and helpful. We dined on exquisite crab rolls (so good we ordered a second one) and a melt in your mouth homemade gnocchi with smoked trout and the cafe’s diamond fries. Absolutely delicious. Look forward to visiting again some time.

We were driving past, decided to drop in. Expecting ( but not wanting) toasted sandwiches and soup. So incredibly happy to read an interesting menu, great staff. Who would have thought you would get Zucchini Flowers , Pomegranate seeds, Cauliflower with Dukkah. Very good!

This was a delight in a little country town ,great atmosphere ,great views and Great Food and Wine. Some locals suggested going as it has only recently opened. Lovely atmosphere even on a miserable wet day. The service was super fast the staff friendly and cheerful. You are able to eat inside and out . The food was fresh and tasty . This is lovely surprise in a charming country setting and would recommend this to all. Great relaxing way to spend a few hours with great food.

Repeat visitors to 5 acres and as expect did not disappoint. Fabulous food and service made for a very enjoyable 30th birthday celebration!
Libby was a star server and the team managed effortlessly with catering for 3 large groups at once.
Cocktail were fantastic as always, highly recommend their espresso & passionfruit Marg!
Make sure you book...

Loved visiting 5 acres. The have a great menu at great prices. Fantastic to visit a cafe that put some thinking into their menu. Not a Parma within miles!
The garden setting with inside, veranda and gazebo options caters for everyone. Make sure you visit soon!

Fab venue for chilled drinks, bites and catchups in the warm trendy timbered cafe or meandering gardens. Gorgeous location. Great coffee. Search it out. It’s now a must visit when coming to the Bright/Wandiligong area.

Delicious shared plates and fairly priced. We ordered the Neapolitan trout pillow soft gnocchi and the fried cauliflower which came with a pomegranate sauce. Lovely surrounds.
