Such a good restaurant, but in the past few years, quality of service and proportions has gone down. Still a fun little hole in the wall with pretty good food.

Sorry Thai Pepper but I've tasted real Pad Thai, or at least the true American recreated version of Thai with all the love in it. I give you credit for including 'some' of the ingredients and toppings that should be there, fried egg, the lime, sprouts, ground peanut, the green onion, the chewy noodles. But jalapeno should not be there... More

First time to visit this restaurant. It's unassuming, yet charming small interior; also tables for outside eating. Variety of options on the menu, as well as options for spiciness of the preparation. We ordered two different chicken dishes, and both were good. However, I mistakenly ate a pepper that I thought was a sweet pepper used for garnish on top... More

This was one of the first places I ate at in 2001 when I first arrived in Fort Collins. It was very authentic and a great value. The quality has meandered over the years and I would now rate it just slightly above average for the Thai choices in the area. They still have decent service and good sized portions... More

Food was very good and food prices were very fair. However, liquor prices were somewhat higher than I would have expected.

I've gone to Thai Pepper for take out several times over the past few months, and I have to say, overall I've been disappointed in everything I've ordered there. This last visit, the service itself was subpar. I had ordered a pad thai, medium spicy, but when I got it home (I live only a few minutes away), the food... More

This was not my first trip to the Thai Pepper in Fort Collins. I have been going there since the 1990s, and always enjoyed the experience. This time, however, was terrible. The waitress mixed up our drink order, the meal (lunch specials) took over 25 minutes, and once we got them, they weren't very good at all. These lunch specials... More

Thai pepper is ONE MILLION times better than Sri Thai (don't ever go there). The atmosphere is intimate and perfect for a date lunch/dinner. I often get takeout here during my lunch breaks. Both red and green curries are great.

The food is great and the selection is adequate (not great). If you are really into spice, this is not your average Thai restaurant - no five alarm fire drill. Atmosphere is average. The waitress we got was very knowledgeable and did a good job.

Thai Pepper is a unique way to look at Thai food, I say this because when one goes in to a Thai restaurant, the expectations of Thai culture to be represented should be present. From the hostess to the waiter and even the cook, nobody in my eyes seemed to be of Thai heritage or ancestry, all were Caucasian kids... More
