I went one night around 8:45 and they were getting ready to close at 9, but I was seated right away and they brought chips, salsa, and refried beans. I ordered an ala carte burrito which came with rice and black beans. It was huge...More

I agree with an earlier reviewer, it's just "average." We were there for lunch, and chose a standard luncheon item. I wish the food would match the excellent service but unfortunately it did not. Prices are reasonable.

The food is great, and the atmosphere is great. In Janaury of 2011 Castillon's moved to it's current location at 4010 So. College Ave., Fort Collins, CO. It is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking..

This was our first visit to Castillon's. I had the Chimichanga and my wife had the Stuffed Sopapilla. Both of them were unique dishes starting off with the home made flour wraps. These were softer and less chewy than you often find in chain restaurants,...More

Was in the area late morning (Monday) and by chance had seen an advertisement for weekend breakfasts. Seeing the OPEN sign, I thought I'd give it a try. The generously smothered breakfast burrito (sat down to eat) was GREAT! The fillings were a bit spicy...More

The margaritas were good but the food was just average, nothing special. Prices were OK and the service we had that day was above average. I had the Tostada Grande with beef. Tasted good at the time but was up half the night sitting on...More

This mexican restaurant is pretty good. The food is good. I usually get a bean burrito and sopapilla (ask them to put cinammon and sugar on top, it's great that way). The service is okay but some of the waitresses have an attitude problem. Just...More

Established in 1997 - Johnny Castillon first dreamed of owning his own restaurant when he was a teenager. One of his first jobs was washing dishes at a local Mexican restaurant. He quickly went from washing dishes, to busboy, to putting up orders in the kitchen and eventually waiting on customers. Johnny continued to learn more and more about the restaurant business as he worked his way through college. Johnny graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and spent over a decade in the corporate world. However, Johnny never stopped dreaming about coming back to the business that he truly loved. When the same restaurant where he worked as a teenager became available Johnny took a leap of faith, left the corporate world, and in 1997 opened Castillon's Mexican Restaurant
