We were driving through and saw a sign for the restaurant; we stopped, and weren't disappointed. The restaurant was pretty busy (12:30 PM on a Saturday), but the service was quick. Both of us had burgers that were cooked fairly well. The hash browns were delicious. I found it amusing: it appears locals go there and are very trusting souls.... More

As I prefer to try local restaurants that I can't find at home, and this place was perfect. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and food great. I stopped for breakfast and had the vegetarian omelet which was a good choice. It was served hot, has browns were crispy, and serving good sized. Service was very good. I would definitely... More

Just traveling through and needed something to eat. Try to support local restaurants rather than the chains so took a chance on this small, inauspicious-looking eatery. Shared the nightly special which was a green chili burrito, It was satisfactory but nothing special; came with a handful of tortilla chips but no beans or rice. The waitress, however, was a step... We were looking for a late breakfast during a long drive from Denver to central Wyoming. Trip Advisor mentioned this spot and it had decent reviews so we pulled into the Ever Open Cafe.We almost didn't go in. There were numerous cars in the parking lot but from the outside, the cafe looked like a dive. It's anything but. You... More

We ate here after driving down from Laramie that morning. We were hungry and had seen their sign advertising its location about 2.5 miles from the highway intersection. So glad we stopped - clearly a "locals" place, as most folks seemed to know each other. We were there on a Sunday, and it appeared that several families were there "after... More

The Ever Open Café is a local place. The food is small town diner fare. Eggs, burgers, and comfort food. It's all good but, nothing exceptional. I really like the Breakfast Burrito.

It was early Saturday and we stopped in. First of all, we knew that we wanted a basic breakfast and NOT a frilly-fussy-Millennial-gluten-lactose-free type of meal. The parking lot was full of pickups and work trucks. Indoors the place was lined with geezers, a good sign. More and more people came through the door as we where there. Unfortunately there... More

First time here for breakfast. It was excellent! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, toast, hash browns special. Scrumptious! My wife had the blueberry pancake. She said it was excellent, also. This place is a real gem. Wish we had found it sooner. We'll definitely be back! And remember, it's Ever Open!!

A good place to get breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches. It's a cute little cafe on the outskirts of downtown. Definitely a small town atmosphere. Waitresses are very nice too.
