I have enjoyed Doug's Day Diner several times and it never fails. Service is always solid, friendly wait staff. The food is comfort food with a little spin on it and they don't skimp on the portions. You can't go wrong for breakfast or lunch

We love traveling through Fort Collins and always stop at Doug's Day Diner. Breakfast is served all day, I always have the Clint omelette with fresh tomatoes, spinach and bacon. My husband is hooked on the burgers. The buns and jams are all homemade and the French fries are fresh, not frozen and everything is priced $10 and under. It... More

We stopped in on a weekend, busy but not to the extent that we didn't get good service. Coffee was great. I was glad they had smaller portions of the dishes as I didn't want to stuff myself, but I know many people love to have huge portions. Still it was enough. Biscuits were great too. Service was very good.... More

Good breakfast options. Everything here is made from scratch and the portions are huge. There is a bit of a wait in the morning on the weekends but it goes fast.

Tried Doug's for the first time today. The place was packed which is always a good sign and only had to wait 5 minutes. Big portions and very delicious food. Shared the Taos papas and the sweet combos and had extra to take home. Try their homemade peach and strawberry jam on the pancakes or toast. It was amazing. Overheard... More

Only place near by open at 6:00 am. Still, very impressive. Eggs done right. Berries were fresh and generous. Coffee was tasty. Service was prompt if uninspired. I will be back.

The menu was excellent to choose from, and lot of choices. The breakfast was very tasty and a plate full of eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns, The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return.

I had just flown in to Denver, headed to Casper, and was seized by a green chile craving (I live in NC, not known for gc availability). I dropped in and selected an omelette- delightful. The vegetables were fresh, the omelette fluffy, and the green chile inside was just right. They offer 2 or 3 egg omelettes, so my serving... More

We were the first people in at opening on a Saturday morning. There was also a group of five other guys who were also waiting to get in. The lady who unlocked the door just turned the lock and walked away. She didn't open the door and invite us in or say good morning or anything. We just assumed she... More
