I've been here a couple times to order take out and always run into the problem of not finding staff to take my order or dealing with rude staff members. They look at one another like saying it's not my job to take the order or appear to argue over who has to attend to the customers seated at tables.... More

I went for lunch thinking it would be nice based on the menu I saw online, this place has the worst customer service ever, let's start here, I walk in not sure of I should seat myself so of course I didn't and waited to be seated they were running around not even looking my direction, one lady gestured that... I went their with my friends for lunch. I was in shock when i saw the big plates of food. The food was very good. The water was for free. It was so cheap for the quantity food the gave us. The service was 5 stars!!!!!!!!!

This is a haven for young people but is good only if you (a) have no money to spend for an evening out, (2) don't actually like good food, or (3) don't actually know what Chinese food is supposed to taste like. It was extremely cost effective and they have a large parking lot. If both of these are your... More

We ordered delivery from Grand China last night. We were informed it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After 2 1/2 hours and several calls to the restaurant where they repeatedly told us the food was on it's way (this began at 1 hour and 15 minutes) and at one point hanging up on us, they finally admitted they... This was the best Chinese food we had ever had. The orange chicken was perfect. Not drown in sauce like most places and not overly sweet. We also had chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice with chicken & kung pao chicken all were delicious. They season their chicken unlike other restaurants that boil their chicken & cut it in a... I ate lunch here twice. Black granite table tops are nice, generous portions are served in an attractive rectangular dish. Very good value.

Not many in the parking lot and was suspicious since all the rest of the restaurants seemed to be very busy the evening we walked by but then it is a walking neighborhood. Later, we asked our B & B hostess about it. She said that the restaurant did a lot of take out and that the food was good.... More

My family went to Grand China on a recent visit to Denver. The restaurant is plain outside and you might pass it by because of it, but inside was pleasantly decorated and appeared very clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful, each dish individual. We always order beef with broccoli for the kids and it's often... More

Good food but receives health violations. Would not return for this reason. Yuck.
