We ate dinner at Vestas back in October. I have several dietary restrictions (gluten, corn, and dairy) which can be very difficult to accommodate. Our waiter, Steve, was phenomenal! I was totally confident that he was checking with the kitchen and knew his food. Corn hides in sauces and seasonings and drinks and everything. If you don't have to avoid... More

Great setting in an old building. Service was great. Appetizers (small plates) were excellent especially the pork belly. Main courses were also very good. Nice wine list as well. All around wonderful meal.

Several friends had recommended we come here so we were eager to check it out. Nice LoDo setting. Lots of brick and wood tables/booths. Don't sit near the back unless you want to smell of the grill All in all we were rather disappointed. Had checked the menu in advance so we already knew the dipping sauce aspect was no... More

My wife is in love with the butternut squash salad. Loved the shrimp tempura app. Highly recommend entrees of diver scallops and sea bass

I think this might be my favorite bites of food in Denver so far. I had the scallops for dinner and they could not have been cooked more perfectly. But the real highlight was the bread plate. GET IT!!! Just meltingly delicious breads and spreads.

The food and service were great! The owner visited the tables in a manner that made you feel like he was your neighbor, friendly and inviting. We were seated right away so we did not get a chance to sit at the bar. I'll definitely sit at the bar on our next visit, it looks great!

This place is pretty impressive. The staff is outstanding. The beer and cocktail selection is great. The food is expensive but is really good in presentation and taste. The atmosphere is really cool and sort of relaxed/formal. Great dining experience overall. Great place to dine for special occasions.

We were only going to be in downtown Denver for a little while so we tried to pick a few top spots to eat - thinking that we'd go to the others on return visits. A trip to Vesta changed all of that. Now we make sure to go to Vesta each time we are in town and we couldn't... More

Vesta Dipping Grill is a local Denver restaurant with excellent reviews and a loyal following. After researching where to have dinner in Denver, this was one of our choices. We were quite pleased with the quality of the food and service, and would definitely visit again. Be forewarned that the dining room is very dimly lit, so be sure to... More
