Tea served with tiered trays of sweet rolls, mini sandwiches, and sweets. Unlimited amounts and variety. Well worth the time and money spent. Make reservations, they sell out fast!

We happened upon the Brown Palace during High Tea and we are so happy that we did. Scrumptious scones, tea sandwiches and sweet treats along with a Kir Royale made for a day to be remembered.

Took my 2 daughters, one expecting, for afternoon tea. Having been previously we knew it was fun and it did not disappoint this time. Our waiter was attentive without being obtrusive and our hot water was topped off frequently. My only issue was that I...More

We've experienced many high teas in Sydney Australia but this the best. The bread for sandwiches was so soft it melted in your mouth and the toppings were exquisite, the scones were not too big and fresh with clotted cream flown in from England and...More

I had heard so much about the Brown Palace and it didn't disappoint! My favorite were the curried egg salad sandwiches.

We spent a relaxing experience at the Tea Room. We lunched in the lobby, but it felt cozy and refreshing. It was a special treat with my daughter and two teenage granddaughters. Service was acceptable, but nothing special. There was a variety of teas and...More

This grand old hotel serves up a very nice afternoon tea. You can choose from about 5 different black teas and some herbal teas as well, although we didn't have those. The Devon cream was lovely on two types of scones. There were three types...More

The Tea Room is in the lobby area, not enclosed and yet it has a very cozy feel. The tea selection is wonderful and the hostess very helpful in narrowing down the choices. Pastries were pretty and delicious. I can't wait until my grand daughter...More

Excellent high tea experience for our group (my mother, sister and niece). We had a wonderful afternoon enjoying our tea and sandwhiches/scones, nice conversation, and the beautiful interior. Hearing my mom's stories about staying at the Brown Palace in the 70's was a special treat....More

There is no dress code per se, but this is an elegant classy hotel, and you are served tea in the atrium. I would suggest "Sunday Best" as my daughter, two granddaughters, and I wore when we were there.
