We stayed here in late August and the location is very pretty. The altitude is about 10,000 feet, so people with altitude issues should acclimatize first. The management were friendly and helpful. The restrooms, showers, and laundry room were very clean. The sites are not...More

We had a great time at this campground. The scenery is amazing and the location is very quiet and peaceful. The kids loved playing on the train and playgrounds. We rented the deluxe cabin which is located in front of the campground so we had...More

Sites are narrow and not real level but acceptable. Laundry room very clean. We wanted someplace cool and we definitely got it here (came from Arizona's high heat). Love the town of Cripple Creek and look forward to spending the day there tomorrow.

This was our first experience with a KOA (brand new trailer, first time camping in it). We were NOT disappointed in the Cripple Creek KOA. Nice clean camp ground with a small store and centrally located to many attractions. From there, we ventured out to...More

This was a nicely maintained KOA. The sites were close together but, that is typical for a KOA. The views were pretty but the spots had no shade. The sites were also very tight to get into with large rigs and, uneven.

We are staying in a deluxe cabin this weekend, and I was wondering if we need to bring cups, silverware and dishes or are they provided? Also, it says to bring your own sheets and towels, but does that mean that blankets and comforters are provided? O do we need to bring those, as well? TIA
