We had a late lunch at the Butte after hiking on the mountain. Because it was a late lunch, the place was mostly empty. The waiter was friendly and service prompt. Our tuna burger was delicious and the beer cold. Great view of the mountain and seating choice of sitting outside on the deck or inside.

The Butte is pretty good for bar food. They used to have these tater tots that had buffalo sauce and blue cheese on them , they really need to put them back on the menu. They have good appetizers and burgers. Great place to spend New Years eve watching the skiers and the boarders.

Please don't bother going here unless you want to waste time and wait for over an hour for your food. Plus the food is over priced, and staff are rude. Tried to have lunch here and it wasn't busy at all. We ended up leaving because we waited 45 minutes for 3 hamburgers! And other tables that ordered after us... More

We had lunch on a sunny March day, the place to be. However the menu is extremely limited for vegetarians. It would be better with a more varied menu.

Killer location. Right at the bottom of the main lifts. Great balcony. Service is slow and insufficient. If there were a bunch of waitresses providing table service in a fast response manner on the balcony and inside, this place would destroy it. So many people would chill and hang out. It's tough to get a drink and ordering food after... More

The wait staff was pretty good, but the bar somehow was slammed, did not seem like that many customers, but took forever for drinks to be made. Nachos had to be sent back due to lack of cheese on them, shredded chicken was more like chunks of chicken.

Pretty much a slope side burger place. Wasn't expecting it to be cheap, but wanted fair portions and got them. When you see the sysco truck there in the morning, you pretty much know what to expect in the menu department. Beer was cold, Matt the server was attentive and washed his hands! Servers didn't call my wife and I... More

Butte 66 is our absolute favorite place to eat while skiing Mt. Crested Butte. Everything is prepared and seasoned so well and believe me we have tried just about everything on the menu - hamburgers, brisket chili, and mac and cheese to name a few. Good drink selection and great live entertainment.

The nachos are great and big enough for two people. I had the brisket platter. It was pretty good but would try something else next time.
