We had high expectations for CB's and it didn't disappoint. The place has a great ambience and feel to it. The food was delicious (my trout was a tad overcooked but the dish and flavours made up for it). It's a shame the waiter cleared the table when I was the last one still eating and also asked my friends... More

Food was good and the staff were extremely attentive. Training required on when to clear plates and when to offer desserts (not while one of the party is still finishing their main course) For a quiet night there also appeared to be a rush to get us out of the establishment. To summarise, good food but don't expect to make... More

We stayed at Passage Point in Center Village at Copper Mountain. CB Grille is located before the bridge by Passage Point and is open for dinner. They had a wide variety of tasty dishes... we had the Butternut Squash Ravioli, Bison Meatloaf with horseradish mashed potatoes (don't let the "horseradish" scare you... it was really good!), and the Striped Sea... Copper's best steakhouse rarely disappoints. Fun lively atmosphere, always hopping, beautiful entrees, and a great wine selection. Great place, highly recommended.

We ate here 2 nights in a row recently while staying at Copper Mountain Resort on a ski vacation. The restaurant is very close to the lodging so that's great. Ambiance really nice. Prices were high but quality and delicious food is sometimes costly. The first night we ate here everything was perfect. I would have given them 5 stars... More

Meant to be fine dining. Food was "passable". Had to ask for table to be cleared no salt and pepper. Shocked when asked for serving utensils (this happened on two occasions) we were invited to go back. Certainly would not survive in Europe quality of food was "average" at best". Lots of mush served with a fillet steak which was... More

The furniture and the exterior looks great and makes you feel like you are about to go to an upscale restaurant. The prices are also in line with upscale pricing. Our waiter was very nice, but unfortunately the loud bartender / manager spoiled the atmosphere. The food quality was also below what can be expected for the price. I don't... More

This is a nice choice for a quiet meal in a comfortable environment. Had the clams, mussels etc with pasta and the wedge salad. After a day of skiing I was disappointed when I saw the quantity of food that I was served. However after finishing I was more than full and it tasted terrific. The tab with tip was... More

CB Grille has a great ambiance and it is definitely a fine dining restaurant. The staff is courteous yet friendly. The menu offers lots of choices. My husband and I had lamb and short ribs while the children had their steak mac & cheese with mushroom sauce. The food was delicious! However the portions are extremely big which is unusual... More

Wife and Kids went here for Apres Ski on most recent trip. The setting is nice, located just over the bridge from Center Village. We made reservations, which were easy early in season but will likely get more restrictive later in the season. The main room with the bar is large but remains cozy. The back room, offers a view...
