A lot of locals seem to come here. The food is kind of like an American style diner. The standards of comfort food fill the menu. Nothing fancy, but decent at a good price

The Mason Jar is like an old hunting lodge in a log cabin, which fits well with mountain atmosphere. The menu is fairly diverse, although I didn't study it very closely. I met some friends from church fort a singles dinner night out. The staff was very accommodating with some late arrivals. Our waitress was very pleasant and very good with the delivery of the meal. She even gave me a bit of a break when I ordered something additional to the "combo" I ordered. She charged me for an additional... More
My husband and I stopped in on our first night in Colorado Springs and this place was great! Our server, Collin, was so pleasant and friendly and the service was fast! I had the fried chicken and it was great! My husband had the steak and he said it was definitely worth getting! This place was overall a great experience!... More
I ordered the Fried chicken (AMAZING), my boyfriend ordered the Rainbow trout and he said it was the best fish he's ever had. Service was absolutely outstanding and the environment overall is awesome and so welcoming! We're visiting from out of town and so glad we stopped in for some delicious lunch!
The locals and tourist love it. The best place to take a group with a great variety of tastes. Highly recommend the trout, prime rib, and buffalo chicken salad, but they are known for their chicken fried steak.
The food is adequate, the chicken is good, the cornbread is delicious! A good place to go for comfort food and a friendly atmosphere.

When I posted my review I had forgotten our server's name was Emily. She was really great. Didn't rush us and gave us suggestions.
