They were accommodating in making a reservation for a large group on short notice. We were expected. I was appreciative that they accommodated my special and unique dietary needs. The view is magnificent. The hotel decor is inviting and festive. For the little ones and those on limited diets the price is too expensive.

Food was good, had a great omelet. Brunch overpriced and the restaurant seemed to have issues keeping hot food, hot.

It's a buffet for lunch and dinner. We had dinner didn't feel like going and finding a restaurant. It's $36 dollars each and there are lots of choices, the charcuterie area was nicely done and had a good variety. The food was so so, absolutely nothing was special. Some just not good at all. But for most of the food... More

Great view and typically had good food in the past. Had the dinner buffet which was Mexican in theme. Could not order off the menu (they do not do that anymore????). Salad bar was wilted and lacking and the rest of the items tasted overcooked and bland. And all of this for the low price of $35 per person. Seriously,... More

Came for Sunday brunch today at 9:30am with my daughter, and was greeted by pompous blonde hostess that refused to seat us in the dining area near the windows. Only at a table right at the entrance. I counted sixteen tables open, waitstaff buzzing about...and multiple families eating... I was told that "every table" was reserved for brunch....which we were... More

Breakfast buffet has good variety and a nice rotation from day to day. We were with a very large group conference and the restaurant did a great job keeping the lines replenished and guests happy.

I really liked the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The people that worked there were very friendly. The food was pretty good. Very casual place.

I hosted a mini-reunion for out of town friends and relatives during my son's wedding weekend and we were treated like royalty. The staff set up a mimosa bar & bloody mary bar for us and served us both off the menu and buffet. The food was delicious and the service perfect. The way was sunny and clear, so the... More

The Mountain View Restaurant offers superb Colorado Fusion cuisine in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Simply put, Colorado Fusion is the blending of Rocky Mountain ingredients and global cooking styles. It inspires us to bake striped bass in a parchment shell, to top salmon with flavorful huitlacoche, and to encrust our lamb chops with pesto made from chocolate mint. Our stunning vistas of Cheyenne Mountain compliment your experience perfectly. We invite you to enjoy the Colorado Fusion experience, available only at the Mountain View Restaurant.
