This is not your typical burger Fast Food joint - yes, fast and friendly, but the food has few rivals in the "fast food hamburger" category. Drifter's knows beef, and only uses the best - a local Callicrate grown beef, which I'm told means hormone and antibiotic free - local, and sandwiched between wheat buns made without preservatives, etc. Attention... We used to go every Saturday for a cheeseburger with grilled onions and a boysenberry milkshake. Now that I can't eat wheat, I just get the shake and fries. The burgers can't be beat. And when we want a breakfast burrito, this is the only place to go. Once you've had a B-52 Breakfast Burrito, there's no going back anywhere... More

These burgers are delicious! They are basically just like In-N-Out burgers in California but I think better. The fries are delicious also and very cheap!

I have been to this drifter's twice and both times this place was dirty with dried up ketchup and mustard on the stainless steel counters, the trash was over filled with dried up food on it, the floors were dirty, the table tops were just swiped and left streaks on the table, I know the burgers are good but it... The original owner of this establishment made the food as close to IN-N-Out Burger as possible. (I knew him) definitely a close 2nd to the double double. Gotta have one if youre hankering for California Classic.

We are fans of In-n-Out Burger and have found Drifters to be the closest you will find in taste here in Colorado Springs. The burgers are really good and their shakes are delicious. I definitely recommend them.

Above average hamburgers/cheeseburgers cooked to order and done really well. The Cheeseburgers look like they might have come right off your backyard grill. Very limited menu which is a good thing and the menu includes some breakfast offerings. The dust bunnies on the light fixtures might be a bit of a turn off but the good news is that there... More

We've been going here since it opened, and there are no better burgers in this town, especially including all of the chain restaurants. Their boysenberry milk shake is our favorite. Fries and onion rings are great as well. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Simple menu but oh, they do it so well. The very best hamburger at great prices. Try the 'on the wild side'. They mix this special sauce and it is just perfect. They have really great fries. Everything is prepared to order and served fresh. And, they serve Caligrate beef on their burgers. Very few guys can eat their famous... More

Griddle cooked hamburgers loaded with plenty of goodies and great fries. Great local joint with a couple of locations. They also do a lo-carb version wrapped in lettuce.
