Guadalajara has been around for several years but this is the first time I've visited. I definitely will go back. The menu features many selections I haven't seen at other Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is nothing special, almost like any large café style restaurant. The service is friendly and efficient, the menu large and varied. It offers many of the... More

I'm a fan of Guadalajara. Good food and friendly service. I had a chicken burrito and my wife enjoyed their fish tacos. Delicious. Enjoy a Margarita while you're there too!

We visited Guadalajara as my first outing after an extended illness. I have to start by saying I am a Mexican food lover and have patronized many similar establishments. The service was top notch (we arrived around 4:30 PM on a Friday), and the menu was expansive. It was hard to pick an entree with so many great choices. I... More

Came back for another go at this restaurant and was quite happy too. I ordered their #2 chile relleno plate. I ordered it 'crispy' along with an iced tea. Roberto, my server, also brought a hot bean dip along with the usual chips and salsa. The dip was good but didn't have much spice. Still, it was an unexpected treat.... More

We have gone here once a week for lunch for about ten years now. Our favorite is the carne asada plate (comes in a smaller lunch version or larger dinner version, either of which you can order any time of day), or if you want a lighter option try the carne asada salad. Our daughter loves the taquitos. Chips and... More

This place had the standard Mexican Restaurant feel. We were greeted nicely and sat quickly. Our service was so/so. The chips were really good while I was less impressed with the salsa. We ordered the Queso which was good. My son ordered the kids taco (he didn't like it). I ordered the #19 2 enchiladas and 1 taco combo. It... More

My family of 10 enjoyed a great dinner celebrating our grand daughters successful play. The waiter was polite, accommodating, and got all orders accurately. The food came out fast, hot, and very delicious. He returned several time to insure our satisfaction. The venue appears clean, safe, and well attended. Will be back.

Visited this location while spending some time in Castle Rock with Family for Thanksgiving. I am always very apprehensive about eating at Mexican restaurants, because they are never authentic enough in my eyes. First, we were a table of 10 people, and the service was great, second Guadalajara is not one of those places, I had the Tacos al Pastor,... More
